810-11-1-.17. Drinks Not to be Sold in Bottles.
(1) No drinkables, except in paper cups may be sold or served in
the arena or hall where contests are given.
(2) Drinks sold at counter must be poured into paper cups as bottles
must not be taken from counter by purchaser. (§41-9-90.1(e))
