(1) There shall be provided by the organization sponsoring the
contest a sufficient number of buckets for the use of all contestants. They
shall also provide powdered resin for canvas, stools for seconds, and such other
articles as are required in the conduct of contests. The swinging of towels
is prohibited. Fans must be used.
(2) Two clean buckets and a clean bottle for each contestant shall
be furnished by the organization sponsoring the show. The use of inside mouth
piece shall be permitted. (§41-9-90.1(e))
