810-11-1-.62. Rest Period.
No contestant shall participate in a main bout who shall have not been in the state at least three days before said contest, or who has engaged in a contest within six days from date selected for the contest under the rules of this Commission. The Commission shall have the power to waive the provisions of this rule, but only in case where a hardship would be worked should the conditions have to be complied with, provided always that the best interest of the public and spectators will be served.
