Below is a list of the updates made to the Form BPT-IN with Calculations.

06/10/2008 - The BPT-IN was updated to add buttons that link to sites to find the NAICS codes and Secretary of State Account/File #.

03/17/2008 - The BPT-IN was updated to fix error with validation of Determination Date.

03/14/2008 - The BPT-IN was updated to allow the correct a problem with entering a valid Date.

02/15/2008 - The BPT-IN was updated to allow the PTIN to be entered in the Preparer's Social Security Number field. Errors with entering the State and Preparer's Sign Date were corrected.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

• I do not get a copy of my return when I print it out. What is wrong?
  Make sure you are using the green Print this Form button to print your form. If you try to print the form using the Print command in Acrobat or Acrobat Reader, you will get one page with a statement "Please, use the PRINT button on the Form to Print this form. Thank You." and eight blank pages.

• When I print the Form BPT-IN it cuts off the bottom of the page?
  When you press the Print this Form button, a print module will appear. Change the Page Scaling to "Fit to Paper".
