Below is a list of the updates made to the Form BPT-IN with Calculations.

06/23/2011 - The BPT-IN was updated to allow leading zeros in the Secretary of State File / Account Number.

02/19/2010 - The BPT-IN was updated to change the link for the Secretary of State button.

02/19/2010 - The BPT-IN was updated to make the Date of Qualification, Organization or Incorporation on the second page read-only.

04/13/2010 - The BPT-IN was updated to make change on the error message in Date of Qualification, Organization or Incorporation.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

• I do not get a copy of my return when I print it out. What is wrong?
  Make sure you are using the green Print this Form button to print your form. If you try to print the form using the Print command in Acrobat or Acrobat Reader, you will get one page with a statement "Please, use the PRINT button on the Form to Print this form. Thank You." and eight blank pages.

• When I print the Form BPT-IN it cuts off the bottom of the page?
  When you press the Print this Form button, a print module will appear. Change the Page Scaling to "Fit to Paper".
