The governing body of Town of Beaverton has adopted a resolution discontinuing the services rendered by the Alabama Department of Revenue in collecting the sales and use taxes for the Town. This resolution is effective at 12:00 midnight December 31, 2004. Therefore, your last Town of Beaverton sales and use tax return filed with the Alabama Department of Revenue is for the month of December 2004. The December return is due by January 20, 2005.
Effective with your sales and use taxes for January 2005 which is due on February 20, 2005 please remit said taxes to:
