CORRECTED NOTICE

Effective April 1, 2011.

Per Ordinance 2010-09 and clarification from the City, the City of Wetumpka has repealed the business licenses outside the corporate limits of the city but within the police jurisdiction. The levy of sales, use, rental and lodgings taxes made outside the corporate limits of the city but within the police jurisdiction remains in affect.
